「We had stayed at this location years ago, and stayed again now to be close to grandchildren sports activities. Everyone on staff was just fabulous and the rooms were beautiful and clean.」

「Cleaning staff got my room ready as I was walking in. Electricity kept shutting off in my room, and tv kept loosing signal from the Fire stick box, old cracked cords. Possible fire hazard.」

「The hotel shows wear around the walls, on the elevator, etc. The carpet in our room was coming loose from the floor and created multiple tripping hazards from raised carpeting. The lock for the door did not work correctly and took a tremendous amount of time to get open each time we entered the room. The lounge chair in the room gave off a bad smell. Finally, the mattress was so horrible that I actually tried to sleep standing up due to all the painful spots it created on my body.」
