「This hotel was not open when we got there. I had no alerts from Orbits and had to have local Rwandans help us figure out how to transfer hotels. Horrible communication for this as we traveled very far to stay here and booked well in advance.」

「J'ai eu beaucoup de plaisir à séjourner dans cet hôtel. Bien situé par rapport aux activités offertes par Kigali, c'est néanmoins un havre de paix, de tranquillité, avec de la verdure. Se relaxer tranquillement après une journée chargée est un réel plaisir, avec un personnel aux petits soins, comme le patron William, d'ailleurs. Beaucoup de disponibilités pour organiser les transports ou des activités.」

「Viešbutis nedidelis, ramus, švarus. Geras kainos/kokybės santykis. Kambariai erdvūs, reguliariai tvarkomi, aptarnaujantis personalas paslaugus. Mielai pagelbėja įvairiais klausimais, užsako transportą kelionei iš/į oro uostą. Tiesa, už tai imamas papildomas mokestis. Šilto vandens gali tekti palaukti 1-2 minutes kol atbėgs vamzdžiais. Papildomų paslaugų (pvz., sporto kambarys, baseinas) viešbutyje nėra tačiau yra restoranas. Maistas neblogas. Tiesa, skubant pusryčius patartina užsisakyti iš...

「We had a wonderful night out of Kigali. Enjoyed the sounds of the birds, the view, the clean, comfortable room, the delicious 5-course dinner in a beautiful charming lodge. Had the best breakfast I have ever had with homemade yoghurt, cakes, jam, fruit salad, cereals, eggs, etc. Played ping-pong, baby foot, other games while waiting for the rain to pass. Nice little walking paths in nature all around. We are definitely planning on coming back!」

「Good comfortable stay. The hotel has a nice location (near embassies, President's office and the UN) but being on the main road is a bit noisy. They can also improve their maintenance. But overall good for the price.」
