「The AC barely work and it was always hot. When I mentioned my Expedia gold reward for a room upgrade, they didn’t know what I was talking about. On my last day, they was trying to rush me out my room for someone else. They also charged you for everything.」

「This hotel was not open when we got there. I had no alerts from Orbits and had to have local Rwandans help us figure out how to transfer hotels. Horrible communication for this as we traveled very far to stay here and booked well in advance.」

「Rooms were great, staff friendly and helpful with early check-ins/late check outs. Restaurant on site served great food. Free laundry was a bonus as was the table football and the beautiful birds near the outdoor seating area. Only issue was taxis - hotel had a driver but he was really expensive and we had to plan ahead for pick up and drop off」

「Viešbutis nedidelis, ramus, švarus. Geras kainos/kokybės santykis. Kambariai erdvūs, reguliariai tvarkomi, aptarnaujantis personalas paslaugus. Mielai pagelbėja įvairiais klausimais, užsako transportą kelionei iš/į oro uostą. Tiesa, už tai imamas papildomas mokestis. Šilto vandens gali tekti palaukti 1-2 minutes kol atbėgs vamzdžiais.
