「The room was fine, but the Pictures didn’t match what was actually given to us. the sliding door to the porch did not lock & the bathroom window didn’t shut all the way which made us worry about bugs. The AC worked great which is always nice. they had breakfast and a restaurant, but you had to eat it in your room.」

「The apartment was cozy, had everything we needed, in a great location and very nice. The staff was incredible and incredibly helpful and went above and beyond. They even provided laundry services, and help with various things. 」

「Received one actual key and room furniture were old but room was clean. After figuring out the water heater, shower was ok but door missing so water went everywhere in the bathroom. Toiletries were available. No AC so they brought a fan.」

「Clean spaces with polite staff from the gate to the reception, housekeeping and the kitchen. The food is delicious, including the free breakfast; the only thing is the long preparation time of your order from their menu. You will be told that it would only take 40 minutes, but in reality it's more than an hour. Even ordered food at night, it came after one hour and a half. I tried to cancel earlier but the female staff beg me not to do it because the property will charge her of the food price....

「Overall poor experience. Not cleanly. Inaccurate listing, particularly as it relates to the airport shuttle. Lights went out often. Walls and windows are super thin. No rest - could hear everything. Poor outdoor lighting. 」
