「A very nice place to stay, right in the heart of Kigali’s Business Center. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. Thanks to Delphine, Rose and all other staff member for making my stay so amazing. I recommend this place and will not hesitate to stay at Tropical Plaza Apartment once in Kigali.」

「Clean spaces with polite staff from the gate to the reception, housekeeping and the kitchen. The food is delicious, including the free breakfast; the only thing is the long preparation time of your order from their menu. You will be told that it would only take 40 minutes, but in reality it's more than an hour. Even ordered food at night, it came after one hour and a half. I tried to cancel earlier but the female staff beg me not to do it because the property will charge her of the food price....

「I didn't get the room what i request. They put me in an apartment which i never reserve. Additionally, in the reservation there was a breakfast but when i go there they told me there is no breakfast, i lost all my money which i paid through this app. So, i want to requaet my money bavk for the breakfast」

「I stayed here for two weeks. The location is close to the downtown area and very accessible by taxis and bikes alike. It is quite secure sitting right in front of the parliament building. The rooftop pool is a nice touch with gorgeous views over the city. The gym is quite adequate and the in-hotel restaurant had great variety as well as courteous staff. I was impressed with the fact that my room had a dishwasher, a full fridge, a full oven, and a washing machine. I’ve never had these at a hotel...
