"There was a major shower leak that they wanted us to ignore. It sounded like someone was showering. I had to ask for a full refund which I’m still waiting for it to show on my credit card since they did not have any rooms available. "

"We did not receive the room we booked. The door was hard to open and didn’t have the security latch, it was obviously uninstalled for painting because you could see the holes for it. No power outlets near the bed but i can’t blame the hotel for that. The fridge was adorable, wish we could’ve taken it home."

"My family has been going to Miracle Springs for over 20 years. We have our own pool, obviously no hot spring tubs. Staff is great! Bartender Adam is THE BEST! Most of the time my grandkids have other kids to play with in the pool. 20 years plus means they're doing something wonderful."

"This motel is a hidden gem. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, convenient location, nice staff, great value. Breakfast was limited but included: breads, cereals, yogurt, juice, coffee. Housekeeping service is on request but when requested, very good. I needed a lightbulb replaced and it was done quickly. If you just need a clean, quiet, inexpensive place to lay your head for a couple of days in Temecula, this is it. "
