「Great stay. Was very haply we chose this hotel in Colby, KS. Great rate too.」

「Clean room, air conditioner needed cleaned or serviced it kept it just cool enough not to have to report it. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good but better get there before 8:45 as waffle batter, syrup were low. All else it was a good breakfast. Night desk help forgot to report a late check out which had the cleaning crew uninformed and they tried to get into the room at 10:50am and they didn’t know we were still there.」

「Positive: The staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Negative: There was a trash can at the back corner of the property, outside, that was overflowing the entire time we were there. Also a gutter pouring rain down from the roof near the trash can.」
