「We have chosen this apartment hotel because of the facilities offered and we find that they are up to standard. The apartment is spacious and clean. The only downside is that it is near the S-Bahn station and we can hear the noise of the trains at night. The hotel location is excellent, only a short walk to Hackescher Markt station and 10 minutes walk to Alexanderplatz. There are many restaurants in the vicinity. 」

「They charged three more days room fee without my permission when I lived in this hotel period, and I proved receipts to them what I paid when I checked in because I was checking my credit card bill. It's a mistake, and they're keep ignoring this issue. It's not a good attitude and service. 」

「Solid place for the money. Bus stops a block away. 3 U/S stops 3 blocks away. Tons of eating options. Area near the church just north is best. Would stay in Numa in East Berlin if going back. That is a cooler area. Numa use of AI in customer service is highly annoying. 」
