「Not a good place, the ad is lying. There was no air conditioning, even though the ad said there was, the sheet was so small it didn’t cover my feet, there was no WiFi like they said, no laundry because no one is ever there to give you the key for it, hot water kettle but no coffee cups. I wouldn’t stay here again, I felt cheated!」

In addition, the room cleaners constantly forget to refill things like towels and tissue paper, which we always have to call the reception to get it back. Our access code failed, leaving us unable to enter until around midnight, even though we had an early 5 AM checkout.
