「This hotel was in a great area to walk around the shops and along Lake Geneva. The gentleman at the front desk in the mornings was personable, helpful and genuinely cared about my stay at the hotel. The hotel was clean as was my room. I was comfortable and slept well. I would recommend this hotel for your stay in Evian and the surrounding areas. It’s close to a lot of great sites. 」

「To improve: Considering that Alps is visited by people from around the globe it would be great to have the information in English too as not everyone will speak French. Someone to be at the reception to offer support throughout the stay. No bin bags. Also we were expected to clean the room which we did, but the cloth to wash the floors could not be any more disgusting. 「Absolutely amazing place. Very friendly staff, great breakfast and lovely hot tub. The only small negative is the stairs up to the tree-house. It was very wet when we visited and the steps were extremely slippery.」
