「Nice apartment style room with refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee pot and sitting area.」

「The website showed lovely pics of the property. There was no mention of any renovations ongoing. The entire lobby and downstairs area was in shambles. There was no breakfast. It was a very disappointing stay. We had paid prior to arrival and were exhausted or we would have left the property.」

「Beautiful location and rooms, only issue was the limited hours of on hand staff, but the seclusion was great and we will definitely go again.」

「The bed seemed clean and was comfortable」

「Could use some upgrades and cleaning of AC units and better towels. Other than that okay place to stay.」

「There was a plumbing issue, but they dealt with it acceptably. You get what you pay for...We got a reasonably clean night's stay. It will do.」

「As a frequent customer to BW I can honestly share this is the worst I've stayed at. Everything....disgusting. including breakfast. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.」

Say away!!!」

Close enough to Mineral Wells to get dinner and drinks at the few places that were open on a Tuesday evening. Fishing dock was pleasant and strolling the grounds a unique experience. Bed just okay. Room and BR extremely clean and quiet. No need...

「This location and house are so excellent that it makes the trip. This place is so luxurious that this may as well be the object of our trip. It runs right next to the river, and enables a family to play, relax and explore for hours. We also enjoyed the games, the amenities and the location itself. It is a minor distance away from neighbors and the town, just far enough away for privacy and a feeling of exclusivity. We were so blessed to rent this place, as it was also an excellent Midway point...
