「Beach staff could have been better」

「The property looked extremely luxurious however, the elevators were broke and have been broke for a while. There was no hot water on the seventh floor where we were located and another guest that had stayed there had told me that they have been broken for a while and no hot water available in the showers and the sinks. Also the floor had hair on it from people before it wasn’t very clean. The rooms are not very user-friendly.」

「I was given the wrong room. I immediately went to the front desk & told them they gave me the wrong room as I booked a King Suite 2 bedroom coastalview. They refused to accomodate the room I booked and I left the property immediately.」

「We really enjoyed our stay at the Beach Club Boca Raton - very well maintained property. The only thing that could have been done exceptionally was a potential room upgrade. We were first time guests and they had availability for upgrades, but refused to provide. Maybe next time considering investing in first time customers.」

「My room smelled like mildew. I hate that old carpet smell. The room was super stale without the AC running. Cookies were good, the poolside bar is cool but the fitness room was tiny.」
