「Great views from restaurant and bar; great sunrise/sunset spots; nice pool area; really nice streams everywhere; breakfast nice but some more vegetarian options would be nice; coffee and plate clear up at breakfast should be improved; arrival and check-in could be more welcoming; bird watching promoted but no official guide available; bird species booklets expensive; trekking guide spoke no english and was not helpful at all for the price」

「Upon arrival we were given a different room than we booked as they had given our room to someone else. Told last minute after check in that there was no water. Partial river view and location was nice but this was the worst hotel we stayed in during our trip. Having no water was a major inconvenience for our family. We couldn’t wash hands, flush toilet or have a shower. Feel ripped off as no compensation for the room change or no water. Reading other reviews, it seems that the water issue...
