「We booked a one bedroom suite with a sofa bed for 4 guests. Yet the room assigned was literally next to the cemetery with views of tombs and you could clearly see the names. We asked to move as our children were rather startled. The staff was helpful and moved us into two rooms as all one bedroom suite was full. Cleaniness needs to be improved. Room is spacious in French hotel room standards. Staff were all helpful and friendly. 」

「You will not find a better location in Le Marais. Close to subway station, tons of restaurants and shops around. And walking distance to Rivoli and Forum Les Halles. However if you are 4, and have a lot of luggage, it could feel a bit cramped. We had an heat wave for a few days, getting 38°C at the highest. 「all good, except there was left over smell after cleaning (smell like detergent). I am sensitive on odour and need to open the balcony door overnight to clear the smell.」

「Clean and decent room for our family of three. Nice and friendly staff. Very convenient location to explore Paris, as Chateau Les Halles Metro station (Exit 1) is just outside the hotel. Numerous dining options in the neighbourhood. Very close to the Westfield Mall.」
