「The elevators were broke and we had to wait for 20 mins to get to our room or to get down from our room as it was overcrowded and limited to one slow elevator for the whole hotel, our AC was broke in our room when we called the front desk for fix or a fan they said they would call back and never did, I was also charged an unauthorized 107.33 by the hotel that I am still waiting on return. Not happy!」

「The staff members were very efficient and cordial. The room was clean and comfortable. Even though there was a lot of activity outside, the room was relatively quiet.」

「The room was ok and clean. The bed was clean and comfortable but the chair in the room was big enough for a toddler to sit in it. Its not made for an adult. The guy with the ponytail,at the front desk was kind of rude. His attitude could have been better, saying all he did was play on his phone. I never got greeted because his phone was way too interesting than his job.」
