「Apartment was just what we expected. The apartment was clean and in a wonderful neighborhood close to coffee shops and restaurants and walking distance to many of the sights. We were there on very hot days so the air conditioned rooms where a real treat.」

「This apt was perfect for our mom/daughter visit to Paris! It’s well decorated, clean, loved having a washer/dryer and separate bedroom. Montmartre is such a great area to stay and experience Paris if you’re able to walk up the steps to get there!」

「Emplacement et état général de l'établissement acceptable. Cependant le ménage est quasi inexistant. A notre arrivée, les sols n'étaient pas propres sans compter en dessous des lits et autres. Les ustensils de cuisine, le micro onde, la poubelle et surtout le TORCHON étaient sales ... Le pompon : l'odeur nauséabonde de la salle de bain. Nous l'avons signalé à notre arrivée mais rien n'a été fait ... Vraiment dommage car très bel outil de travail mais très mal exploité, nous ne reviendrons pas...」

「We booked a one bedroom suite with a sofa bed for 4 guests. Yet the room assigned was literally next to the cemetery with views of tombs and you could clearly see the names. We asked to move as our children were rather startled. The staff was helpful and moved us into two rooms as all one bedroom suite was full. Cleaniness needs to be improved. Room is spacious in French hotel room standards. Staff were all helpful and friendly. 」

「羅浮宮、地鐵站、商圈步行可達，週邊環境佳、安全性可。無固定清潔需額外付費！ 住宿期間，晚間突發性停電導致不少房客無法入房（電子房卡），房務人員處理緩慢（我們於黑暗的大廳等待超過5hrs，才前來處理），雖用備用鑰匙打開房門，但房客依舊「抹黑住宿」，無任何其他處理及慰問、直到天亮才回覆供電。 希望後續針對緊急情況有好的處置。」

「Good location, air conditioning works well, well equipped including cleaning products. As property warns you need to watch out for angled ceilings - you will hit your head.」

「all good, except there was left over smell after cleaning (smell like detergent). I am sensitive on odour and need to open the balcony door overnight to clear the smell.」

「Fantastic location. In the heart of the high-end shopping district. Close to the Louvre. Close to the train stations. Close to Galleries Lafayette. The communication was great. They were very good and easy to work with. Will come back and stay with their company in our future visits to Paris.」
