"The property was nice, clean & modern, very comfortable room, except AC was extremely week The pools & grounds were nice The TV had limited channels & no high def, so quality was low. Wouldn't let me stream from my phone or laptop. wouldnt play video from Usb My shower door wouldn't stay closed so flooded the floor every shower Internet was slow, There are no restaurant options if not on inclusive plan, no room service "

"The location was great as it was near Himawari which is a restaurant and a convenience store that sells pretty much everything. The staff was very friendly as well, and the room was very spacious and clean. The only downside I experienced, was that when taking a shower/bath, it takes about 5 minutes for the hot water to kick in, and the water pressure was very weak, and unstable, making it very difficult to shower as well. "
