「The reception staff is kindly and provides many assistance to us. It is very pity that the winery only opens in April to November. Next time we would visit it in summer time to taste the wine.」

「A nice budget hotel with friendly staff and basic rooms. The location is central enough but it can be difficult to find the hotel in the dark since it's situated in the middle of a maze of small streets with no apparent structure. Bad wifi connection like elsewhere in MK. Breakfast is served in the cafe next door for an additional fee of 4 EUR.」

Sitten huonoa:Keittokomeron vesihana osittain purettu vettä ei pystynyt käyttämään.Siitä kyllä kerrottiin.Kaiken muun piti toimia.Eipä toiminut jääkaappi,mistä iso miinus 2-viikon matkalla.Korjaajaa ei näkynyt sinä aikana,valituksesta huolimatta?Keittövarustus puutteellinen.Vain yksi käyrä paistinpannu + paistolasta löytyi,ei yhtään kattilaa.Samoin ruokahaarukka ja leikkuuveitsi+ lauta puuttuivat.Kyselin kyllä,mutta meniköhän...

「No hot water for shower at 9:30pm during my stay and they fix the problem around two hours」

「Pictures looked great. No hot water. They tried to charge me twice. Most items from minibar were missing. I informed them of this on check on but on checking out there were no notes of this. Electrical outlet was unsafe hanging near head of bed. Had to move the bed. 」

「Relaxing and peaceful. The restaurant service could use a bit more friendliness. The waitress had no interest in explaining the menu choices. We used the spa. It's an additional charge of 10 euro per person to use steam room, sauna, and indoor pool. The pool temperature was too cold, we were expecting a heated pool. Other than that, we were happy with our stay. 」
