「Loved the location, front desk and cleaning staff were very attentive, professional and helpful. I didn’t enjoy the restaurant. I felt the breakfast was expensive and the quality wasn’t that good. I will definitely stay again at the ibis Cucuta」

「This hotel claims to have sound proof rooms that’s a complete lie. The beds here are terrible could sleep at all between the noise and the terrible mattress.」

「I paid for this reservation via Expedia. The hotel was closed and not open. I did not receive any response to my messages and they took my money without me actually staying there. Expedia have not refunded me despite me explaining the issue to them.」
