「服務很好，但預定雙人房卻只有一份早餐免費，訂房網上沒註明，不能接受。沒有拖鞋但網路上有註明，」

「Hotel turned me back that they do not have contract with Expedia anymore. Reception stay was cunning and rude. Not recommended for anyone. 」

「When I came in I had to request for maintenance to work on the light and kettle in my room that were not working. The room wasn’t well cleaned and the dishes I left outside my door were removed 4 hours later. 」

「My stay was awesome. Staff members are friendly. Good internet. Rooms are spacious. I would definitely stay here again.」

「 I had a wonderful time. There were a few mishaps initially in the beginning (refrigerator left unplugged and there was water all over the floor) but other than that my stay was wonderful. I also enjoyed the fact that there was a convenience store right around the corner to purchase many items to make my stay more comfortable. The hotel staff were nice as well, especially Ene and Peter. The chefs were fantastic also. I highly recommend this place and definitely plan to go back again.」

「The hotel is clean and the staff provided excellent staff. The rooms are small. I was asked to pay again even though i had paid online before checking in. I was disappointed. Now i have to go through the hassle of filling claims for reimbursement. Not happy. 」

「I want my money returned to me. I went to the property and was denied because Hotels.com didnt inform the property of my booking. Therefore, I was denied services, so return my money. 」
