「The hotel itself is very nice. Suitable for business travelers especially. Less convenient for leisure as driving to attractions is recommended. Some nice dining along Market Street. A short drive from the riverfront.」

「這次專程去Longwood gardens,離這家飯店非常近。飯店非常漂亮乾淨，晚上睡覺好安靜。但很可惜房間內沒提供咖啡機，也沒有熱水可喝，飯店把暖氣關掉晚上睡到冷醒，第二天才跟他們要台手提式的小暖爐才比較能睡。早餐很簡單，但用餐環境很美，服務人員可以再熱情點。」

「Die Unterkunft was für uns ein guter Startpunkt zum erkunden von Philly. Direkt daneben ein sehr modernes Wendy’s. Frühstück im Hotel war gut. Alles in allem ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt」

Hotels.com chat bot was glitchy and unproductive. This is not on the hotel staff. Automate it all the way, or don't advertise it. "Contact property for help" from a noisy curb outside baggage claim took 30 min.」

「Hotel was OK need to be updated. Breakfast was a joke they give you a paper bag with the bottle water and the frozen sandwich. Do you have to come back to your room and use the microwave to heat it up breakfast sandwich I have better breakfast at McDonald’s」
