「A lovely hotel with very friendly and welcoming staff. Customer service was excellent. Nice room pool and a choice of 3 restaurants, all of which we enjoyed. Would highly recommend.」

「Great apartment in a perfect location. I was on my own, but this would have also been ideal for a family. There is a sauna and hot tub below. Well equipped kitchen. The lady at the reception was friendly and wonderfully helpful. She helped me to get my motorcycle into the garage. I hadn't heard of Henties Bay in the past, it turned out to be a brilliant seaside town for relaxing and walking. There's a good supermarket and restaurants. I had fish and chips at Fishy Corner, and a toasted sandwich...

「We arrived at Burning Shore for our prebooked - prepaid accomodation over Xmas holidays - only to find it closed and without any notice on the door. When we phoned we were told the hotel was closed for renovations- and that they had not received our booking or payment ( clearly confirmed in hotels.com) - and no rooms were available in an adjacent/ presumably affiliated hotel ( 2 days before Xmas) .
