"Conrad Koh Samui is an incredibly luxurious resort. Food is wonderful, amenities are great, staff are incredibly helpful, to the point of giving us a WhatsApp number to contact them for any assistance, the view is to die for and the bed is like sleeping in a cloud. Everything we asked for was granted. The area is in the quiet part of the island too, so you get a much quieter experience than staying at some of the larger resorts in the north east. The pools for the villas rival suburban backyard pools for size. I would have wished for 1 more restaurant with a different cuisine, but it's by no means a deal-breaker and I expect they may add such a thing over time. If you want a quiet, luxurious getaway, I can't recommend it enough."

"The staff at Silavadee was top notch! They took genuine care in our room, transportation to other areas of the hotel and making sure we had everything we needed constantly. They remembered who we were while we were there and cared about our experience. As an LGBTQ+ couple, we felt safe and welcomed. We felt so relaxed! This was the best place we have ever stayed and we’re going to think about this place for a long time. "Fantastic one week stay in Regent beach hotel! Was initially a bit sceptic about the conditions of the rooms as its not the 5 star hotel I am used to as the rooms are a bit outdated. However, absolutely loved the stay and could not have been bothered the least about the rooms being a bit outdated as everything else was spectacular! The pools are wonderful, the beach is very nice and well maintained, the breakfast is delicious and above everything else- the staff is beyond wonderful, sweet and helpful! The front desk staff are amazing, housekeeping ladies very sweet and meticulous and the poolbar/ restaurant staff amazing! Lee, tek, may,wee, tango,palin joy, guy and could go on! We spent most of the days around the pool and restaurant are hence these guys really made such an impact! Without any doubt would chose this hotel again and recommend to anyone going to Koh Samui!!
