「I'm coming from another country with bags then I discover that there is only stairs to take the bags and I have to take it by myself which is very hard for me. I receive the room without cleaning and ful of insects. When I complain they didn't do anything only the security help me by changing the room」

「Located on top of the Hoog Catharijne mall, which is right next to Utrecht Central station. Lots of food and shopping within walking distance. Hotel is surprisingly quite quiet given the population around the area.」

「Very comfy bed. The grounds were great to go walking with my dog.」

「I like the place and location is perfect, however, housekeeping wasn’t the best. They didn’t really clean the room, only made the bed and replaced towels. Didn’t clean the sink, or the mirror, nor the toilet. It was disappointed」

「On our first night of the stay, the sink was clogged and unusable, and the air conditioner was so weak. Also the toilet is completely different to the photo advertised from the website, looks like a scam. However the food for dinner and breakfast were really delicious. Overall just okay, that’s why it’s 2/5」
