When we arrived at the property, the front desk told us they were completely fully booked and refused to check us in or offer any solution. When I contacted Expedia support, they claimed it was "subject to the hotel," completely ignoring the fact that my financial transaction was directly with Expedia, not the hotel.

「It has lots of fun activities such as swimming pool, padel course, table tennis, spa, kids playground, bowling, gym. However the room can be more clean and the bathroom has sewer smell, shower head is dirty too.」

Vielen Dank」

「Nice location, only 5 min walk from Hengelo station. The room is spacious and the bathroom is also quite big with a bathtub. The choice of the breakfast is not too much but the price is ok (around 14-15 EUR), comparing to other hotels. There are also plenty of free snacks, tea and coffee bags provided in the room.」

「Goed ontbijt」
