"By far one of the best Hotels I've ever stayed at. Convenient location, great gym, great breakfast buffet und a very good restaurant with reasonable prices. Staff was very helpful too and the rooms are beautiful. I'd always stay there again."

"Exceptionally nice hotel with perfect staff!"

"Centrally located hotel with very nice spacious rooms and bathroom with walk in shower. Delicious breakfast buffet is included. The hotel lobby restaurant also offers lunch and dinner and Has a full bar. Parking onsite for 10 euros per night. The hotel is walking distance from the city center with plenty of lunch as dinner options. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Beautiful setting, lovely and helpful staff, great location"

"It was a very nice day and a nice location. The breakfast the next morning was excellent."

"Leider war der Teppich im Zimmer mit großen Flecken versehen. Das war sehr ekelig. Samstags wurde das Zimmer nicht gereinigt. Die Zimmer- und Flurtüren schließen über eine Hydraulik sehr laut. Das stört den Schlaf und andere Hotelgäste. Das Frühstück war nur mit dem nötigsten versehen. Die Rezeption ist erst ab 14.30 Uhr besetzt. Das Restaurant war geschlossen."

"Clean room, friendly staff and great food offering from the small kitchen."

"Really one of the best hôtels in respect to quality/price ratios I’ve ever been to."

"SEPHS Hotel is a hidden gem. The historic building is stunning and the rooms are cozy and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful, making your stay even more pleasant. While the location might be a bit off the beaten path, it's perfect for a peaceful getaway. Definitely a unique and memorable experience"

"Very central to the town of sittard and easy access to Maastricht"

"The property is a medieval estate, recently remodeled into a hotel. Our room had ancient wooden beams- very cool. The bed was firm but tolerable, pillows too thick as is all too common. Restaurant was good, food good, service a bit slow. Breakfast was a good, standard buffet. No lunch options on site. Note there are limited amenities, but a good value for the price. "The property itself is amazing, the location and the setting in the forest. The tent was clean and well-equipped, and the instructions on how to access it, etc., were left for us and were very clear. We really enjoyed our stay there. The only thing that was not clear during the booking was that the bedding and towels were not included in the price - this could be a bit more clearly explained."
