"I booked the deluxe cottage and it was really lovely. Very clean and comfortable. The infra red sauna and jacuzzi bath were a bonus, as was the fresh bread delivered daily as part of the deal. Plenty to keep the kids busy and we had a great time. The only negative aspect was the very low quality and overpriced food offered at the restaurants, and that at the restaurants they don’t provide tap water, not even for kids! "

"Verwohnt und nur oberflächlich saubergemacht. Fenster in der Dusche defekt und Wasserschlauch. Die Ausstattung der Küche sehr überschaubar und nicht wirklich sinnvoll. Dafür waren die Betten sehr bequem. Für unseren Besuch war es vollkommen ausreichend, jedoch würde ich hier den Besuch mit der Familie nicht machen."

"Mooi historisch gebouw, bakhuisje ligt in een mooie omgeving, makkelijk aan het Pieterpad. Ontvangst om te huilen: ik heb nog nooit zóveel betaald voor een overnachting langs het Pieterpad en ben nog nooit zó ongastvrij ontvangen. We 'stoorden" mijnheer des huizes (op kousenvoeten) nogal toen we ons om 18.00 uur meldden. Hij wist van niks en liet ons weten lekker op de bank te liggen naar autoracces te kijken....heel vervelend dat er dan gasten aankomen….. Ontbijt bijgeboekt voor maar liefst €...

Nice big beds in the room we chose, which was a welcome change from the twin beds we had had at most of the hotels on our trip. We also appreciated the free laundry facilities.
