「The residences itself was not bad but the check in experience was hell as they claimed they could not find my reservation n threatened to kick me out after checking me in!, despite repeated attempts to resolve the issue with Expedia. Address host told me the only way forward was to get Expedia to cancel the reservation and I pay them directly which I did but it took time to resolve. 「Apartment was really good, new, spacious and price was very decent but we had a highly disappointed experience during check in. We arrived @ 5 pm and rooms were not ready... then they tried to only give us one room when the booking was clearly showing 2. During check out we didn’t even got an invoice. Definitely highly unprofessional the behaviour」
