「The staff is amazing from the moment you arrive Everett greets you and goes above and beyond to answer any questions we had. The lobby is beautiful as is the entire hotel. Fireplaces are everywhere, including the rooms. We had a problem with the tv and Nick was there in a minute to pull the tv down and get things back up and running. 「The room was very clean and spacious with nice amenities. The restaurant had great food and friendly service. The only complaints were the heater wasn’t working in our room, even though they tried to fix it, and our room was very close to the front desk so it was noisy. We did get an extra blanket and if I would have thought of it, I could have brought ear plugs!!! The views were spectacular!」

"Everyone, beware! This hotel is a scam. I booked a room for three of us through Expedia. When we arrived at around 9:00 pM, the front desk clerk rudely told me they only had rooms for two and I needed to book another room. I had already paid on the website. My phone had no signal, and when I tried to connect to the hotel's Wi-Fi, it wasn't working, so I couldn't prove I'd paid. I paid about $134, but the hotel only said I paid about $73 and needed to book another room. They asked for more money. After about five minutes of talking, they angrily said they were closed and kicked me out. I later contacted Expedia and emailed the hotel, but they didn't respond. They also didn't answer my phone calls. The last time they answered, they said I was already checked in. This was my first time encountering a scam hotel in the US. Be careful when booking with this hotel, and check other people's reviews online.MOTEL NOT REFUND ANY MONEY！！！！"
