「We stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights, and unfortunately, our overall experience was disappointing. We arrived late in the evening, around 8 PM. When we entered the room, we were immediately disappointed by the cleanliness. The room was quite dirty and did not feel properly prepared for new guests. Because we arrived late, the restaurant was already closed, and the minibar was completely empty. We also tried to order food through Grab, but delivery was not available in this area at that time....
