「We came all the way from Macau. This is the 3rd time I came back to Toba International. And I am still planning for my next time. Anyways, this time I brought my family altogether 11 persons with seniors 70-91 and a baby that just turned 4 months old. We had a great time. The staffs are very nice and friendly and willing to assist in every way. Just the stairs from Ocean Wing and Harbour Wing needs some attention, but my 91 years old grandma was able to go up and down several times a day.」

「入住時訂了早晚餐，但不知原因酒店說是不包括早晚餐，前台中只有一個懂英文，交涉了個多小時，最後只有打话给Hotel.com才解決了，但已沒有心情了。酒店處理這些問題欠妥當!是入住這酒店最不滿意的部分。」

「物超所值的住宿，價格便宜，早餐豐盛美味。從名花之里賞燈後可以自行駕車至此約十五分鐘。沐浴備品出乎意料地豐富。」

「職員十分好客和友善，懂英文！晚餐和早餐也十分美味和豐富！房間很大很整潔。唯一感到可以改善的是榻榻米的床舖和枕頭很硬，所以睡覺時骨頭有點痛。除了這一點，所有都十分優異。」
