「The hotel is pretty good except reception staff. Of course it's a 5 star but some points I'd like to share with everyone. 1.Actually there is no Netflix as they write and reception staff doesn't know what is Netflix. 2. If you dress more formal, reception staff will welcome you more, otherwise they go through SOP and treat you coldly. 」

「Great staff, room with a view.」

「The staff is always smiling and very kind and helpful」

「This is a very good hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful.」

「Clean and tidy」

「The hotel is in the less historic part of town on the other side of the River Sienne, not very pretty and quite commercial, lots of fast food outlets and a thriving African community, some lively bars and pubs playing some great Afrobeat. The hotel looks over a huge shopping centre, however it’s also next to a large and very beautiful cathedral on the square, ask for a room on the top floor with a view of the church, spectacular as the sun was setting. The hotel is pretty basic but it is what it...

「Took us 3 times to find parking but it was very spacious once we found it! Staff were very helpful. Would be great of there was a toaster and a washing machine would be better than the full size dishwasher but other than that location was great. Would stay again.」

「Wonderful location next to the cathedral. Beautiful hotel and spotless rooms. Great host.」

「The hotel didn’t let me know how to park my car」

「Good location, close walk to everything. The parking was great as well, under 10 euros a night. Staff were good. Room was clean. The hall smelled terrible but the room didn't. My air conditioner didn't seem to work very well. This time of the year it is alright but if it was summer the room would have been way too hot.」
