「 Service is really good. Staff is helpful, even though the English level is not so high, but you can feel they are trying to help. Food is great. We like the tranquil environment and the not-so-touristic village just in front of the gate. 」

「사진에서 보던 풍경을 기대하며 갔는데 진짜 주변 환경과 수영장 모두 사진과 비슷했어요. 하지만 화장실 변기가 제대로 청소되어 있지 않았고, 수영장 관리는 아쉬웠습니다. 사람이 많이 없어서 그런 것 같았어요. 조식으로 나온 쌀국수랑 간단한 음식은 먹을만 했고, 직원들은 친절하고 체크인, 아웃은 빠르고 정확했습니다.」

「Beautiful hotel in a beautiful setting. My room was large, clean and had great amenities. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was fantastic, great selection for breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner menu had a variety to choose from.」

「Man hat sein eigenes, geräumiges Häusschen und einen schönen Blick auf das Tal. Wir waren in der Nebensaison (Oktober) dort und dadurch war leider in den Restaurants nicht viel los. Man ist mitten in der Natur und wir waren sehr zufrieden. Einziger Punkt ist, dass das meiste Personal kaum englisch spricht. Teilweise mussten wir mehrmals an der Rezeption wieder kommen, damit und jemand versteht. Das Essen im Restaurant war mittelmäßig.」

「El entorno y el hotel es precioso, para mí el mejor de pu luong. La comunicacion con el personal es difícil sol o había una persona que sabía inglés pero no estaba en el alojamiento a nuestra llegada. Hubo un mal entendido con el checkin y con la cena pero pusieron de su parte para solucionarlo. Nos dejaron quedarnos dos horas más de checkout. Recomiendo este alojamiento aunque debería mejorar la atención directa con el cliente. 」

「Sehr schön ausgestattet und die Lage mitten im Dorf ist auch sehr angenehm und ruhig. Familier geführt, sehr freundliche Leute und wir fühlten uns wie zu Hause. Allerdings gibt es im Raum kein Kühlschrank, Safe oder TV was für uns kein Problem war. Auch war der Raum nicht der sauberste da er während des Aufenthaltes nur alle zweiten bzw. dritten Tag gereinigt wird. Frühstück ist inklusive, dauert aber etwas bis es fertig ist. Alles in Allem Preislich ganz ok.」
