「Habitaciones y baños amplios, la cama era bastante comoda. Aire acondicionado y dos ventiladores. Te dejan diariamente dos botellas de agua mineral, y la habitacion dispone de nevera. El hotel es muy bonito, esta muy bien mantenido, los jardines cuidados y la piscina un lujo! Hay toallas de cortesia para la zona de baño. Se puede ir andando a ver todas los puntos de interes de Orccha. La verdad es que estuvimos muy a gusto. Como negativo, el wi-fi solo funciona cerca de recepcion, y aun asi va...

「Booking a stay at this property was an absolute mistake. I have stayed at numerous star properties but never have I ever experienced such indifferent attitude and total lack of hospitality at a hotel. The hotel is an adhoc dhaba let alone a star hotel. The bathroom shower broke and my child slipped and got hurt on the first day.The breakfast arrangements were absolutely pathetic with poor food quality and poor layout. It seemed as if no one was interested in paying heed to guest’s requirements....

「Good location, breakfast was good but too small . The facility was a bit old but good enough for business . The hotel security had nice inspectation every time. But the rate is much better than Blu. Very easy to check out when use Expedia booking. 」

「The hotel looks clean but amenities are totally lacking such as proper running hot water. Airconditioner heater was not working and after complaining the staff provided a separate heater. Breakfast is very basic.」

「Avoid going during the wedding season when guests come in dozens and you become a part of a loud Indian wedding whether you like it or not. The employees are much much better at service than their big metro counterparts. They treat you as if you are staying in their homes. Particularly at the breakfast buffet. 」

「The rooms with double beds were very limited. We as a family had to adjust in twin beds. The tiled floor had cracks. The area next to the room was not very clean. I think it belonged to house keeping department. Worst of all, there was a lizard in the bathroom! We had also checked a suite, that too had a lizard.」
