"We didn't get the room we ordered (and paid for). The unfortunately very meager confirmation from Expedia, which did not list the room type, was not helpful either. There was a hole where the minibar with refrigerator was supposed to be. Hot water only came when asked one day and not at all the next. Since there were very few guests in the hotel, there was no breakfast buffet. That's ok, but the menu offering was very meager. "This resort was an oasis. The facility was immaculate and the staff were attentive and professional. The pool was at a perfect temperature. Their on-site dining was delicious; we recommend trying the Nepalese specials like Mustang Aloo. We arranged a tour to Lumbrini to visit the temples and it was a 40 minute drive with a very helpful guide. "

"this is a place suited for people who does not require hot water shower in winter. turn on the tap for almost an hour. when reception is informed, they’ll tell u electrician is sleeping. take a shower tomorrow morning but hot water never come. i’ll never come back even if it is free, pay to get tortured."

"Hôtel complètement au sommet de la ville et loin de tout. Il a fallu s'obstiner pour obtenir la chambre de catégorie équivalente à celle réservée. Jamais d'eau chaude , tout au plus pas glaciale. Le wifi ne fonctionne pas le soir. Peinture à refaire à la grandeur de l'hôtel . Matelas extrêmement durs. En résumé , essayez donc ailleurs pour le même prix. "
