「The AC unit did not work. Could not move me to another room due to hotel being booked. There was no one to repair the unit. Night staff was overwhelmed and day staff not really helpful.」

「Todo estuvo excelente en nuestra estancia!」

「The biggest problem we had is that at 3 in the morning there were kids running around outside our room and the mother yelling at them to stop but they were not listening. Also in the morning they were setting up for breakfast and the carts were loud. It was nice to be on the first floor so we didn't have to carry our luggage so far but being close to the front desk was a disaster for getting a good night's sleep when we were traveling.」

「Friendly Management, but place needs a bit of love and care.」

「The room was absolutely disgusting and REEKED of tobacco smoke.」

「Never got the code to the place」
