"The service was fine but the rooms were grubby and the cleaners didn't vacuum any of the time (two nights) we were there (i know because there was dirt on the floor that i waited to be cleaned). Affordable, accessible but very tired and basic."

"The restaurant prices are extortionate but I think it’s a feature of Venezuela hotels. If there’s anything you can do for your bookings that would be a huge benefit to your customers and in the long term the hotel would benefit from more business "
