"The staff was welcoming. We were however asked for our credit card when we arrived, even though the room was already paid fully through Expedia. We got worried of being charged twice. We got breakfast through room service the first morning, but not the second for some unknown reason. When we noticed the staff we waited over 30 minutes to get our breakfast. "The bathroom facilities were in a bad state of repair One window did not have hinges to lock it in place and as it a windy night, the window was banging against the frame make a noise throughout the night. The door did not close properly because the door was not properly aligned to the frame. You had to bang it to get it shut. The side table was also used to keep tea making facilities. No side lamps Only one brand of tea was available "

"Wonderful experience of lesotho culture. So enjoyed the cultural village which is right on the losge grounds. Pleasant staff, prepare for service at restsurant to be slower than expected but food was nicely presented and varied in selection. Wifi at restaurant and rooms. Tv channels in english or english subtitles. Beautiful grounds. Prepare for 40 minute drive from airport and arrange transportation in advance.
