No one was at the front desk to answer phone or replenish toilet paper AND the beds were so very hard and there was no breakfast or breakfast type things. For $196 a night I was breakfast. "

"This Courtyard by Marriott is beautiful! The entrance, lobby layout, decor and bar area are beautiful! Modern, clean, gives off Luxury without a luxury price! The rooms are spacious, clean, not dated. Bed is very comfy! Every associate we had interaction with were very welcoming and friendly!! This is our first time in the Austin area and we will definitely come back and stay here! "

"We woke up to a flooded room on March 8. We got our belongings and rushed out the door before it got worse. We had to wait (instead of going out and have fun with our family like planned) with all our stuff in the lobby for a new room. Stephanie finally did. We got moved back to second floor on opposite side of our flooded room. When we were all settled, it was an inconvenice that there was no hot water. I then again told the front office desk lady, and I also asked her to call the manager . By this time I wanted a compensation for all the inconveniences . They said in the morning she will be here Latasha "
