「It’s a dirty dump! The pool was gross (bugs, chipped concrete, full trash, and trash in the bushes). The fitness center was a sauna - the air conditioning didn’t work and it was 80 degrees in there according to the thermostat. They said they were having someone come “next week” to fix it. 「Rooms were clean. Outdoor trash can was overflowing. The parking area could use some repair.」

「I booked this online and reserved it. They charged me $96 on my credit card (I didn’t know they had charged me until I looked at my card days later. I thought I was going to pay when we got there. When we got there that evening, they said that there are no rooms available. So we left and stayed at another hotel in Schulenburg. I realized days later they still charged my credit card online. & he is REFUSING to refund me even tho we didn’t stay there cz they said there were no rooms left...
