「we enjoyed the stay immensely! Breakfast offers good range of choices! Service if front desk staff is exceptional. Due the unfortunate situation that my friend had urgent medical need on a late Sunday afternoon, the lady staff helped to locate the hospital, hired the taxi and explained to the driver in Estonian to ensure we went to the correct place. She was on duty two days later and remembered to check if my friend is alright. Ww we're touched by this warm gesture.」

「A comfortable hotel but with some slight distance from the city center. Staff are nice, room is spacious and choice of food at breakfast are good. It would be better if there is more Chinese TV channels.」

「The spa was good, also they offer double bed even in single room. The location is really convenient, between central markets , bus station, and old town. Really recommend !」

「在老城區邊，往長途公車總站或老城區都方便。門口也有公車站，搭市區交通也容易。整體來說，是個交通很方便的地點。 住宿體驗也不錯，只有一天，掃房間的人收走舊浴巾，忘了放新的，去跟她講的時候，溝通有點困難。其他的都很不錯。」
