「Lovely hotel. Not sure it warrants four stars, but very friendly and clean. One thing, the windows open outwards with the opening starting only 6 inches from the floor on the third floor with a nothing to stop someone falling out. I have a photo but cant upload. Sorry.」

「La habitación está bien. Muy bien situada en el centro de Espinosa. La ducha es un poco pequeña. Muy bueno el txoko en la parte baja de la casa.」

「me gusto el lugar, su jardin su ubicacion tranquila y bonita. un espacio ideal para el descanso y mi familia. La dueña no puede ser mas amable.」

「Los encargados eran simpáticos pero me quede 7 dias y ellos solo han limpiado mi habitación 2veces y cuando he ido a pagar me cobraron 1 dia de mas y cuando me he ido a quejarme simplemente me han dicho que están ocupados y ya no le he vuelto a ver, por lo demás la estancia estuvo bien , en cima que he llevado conmigo un perro de raza pequeña , que estuvo conmigo en todo el tiempo. 」

「La piscina está abierta solo en temporada. Hay aparcamiento dentro del hotel. La habitación es sencilla, la tv. pantalla plana pequeña. En el baño tiene cabina de hidromasaje con cuatro grifos y pantalla sin instrucciones. No la usamos. La wi-fi funcionó bien.Cerca del hotel pasa la Vía Verde y la PR-BU 15.」

「Muy acogedora y sobre todo la anfitriona Charo que te hace sentir como si estuvieras en casa. Además te informa de los lugares cercanos que puedes visitar para que no te los pierdas.」

"Bad service and accommodation for the price! For a new hotel the room is extremely badly designed. No socket for the kettle, constant buzzing sound from the electric box and poor drainage in the shower leading to a bad smell. Cleaning is also bad. Used toothpick found in the sink area and left there for four days. Mugs left unwashed. Coffee/amenities in the room not topped up. Breakfast is not worth the money and runs out of food at least an hour before breakfast is due to finish, staff very lazy and don’t attempt to top up the food or clear plates from tables (whilst eating food in front of guests). Same level of poor service was seen in the rooftop bar, with glasses all over near the pool. All staff need a significant amount of training to be at an acceptable standard. "
