「Die Frühstückspauschale macht keinen Sinn. 12€ je Frühstück und du bekommst in drei Cafés in der Umgebung genau 12€ Guthaben. Kann man genauso gut vor Ort bezahlen und ist deutlich flexibler. Kommunikation mit dem Kundenservice ist super, die Koordination mit dem vor-ort-team dagegen dann eher suboptimal. Am meisten zu bemängeln ist die Hygiene des Apartments. Leider ganz viele (kleine Punkte), wo die angebliche 100% cleanliness policy des Unternehmens ad absurdum geführt wird. Schade,...

「优点：1.桑拿小屋很划算，私人空间，一小时只要15欧 2.海景真的太美啦！ 3.如果住海景房的话，走几十秒就可以享受泳池和小温泉 实在很方便 4.门口有两个很不错的餐馆，上档次且美味 缺点： 1.如果住玻璃小屋的话网速不是很好 2.因为是中控暖气 所以没有办法调控，地暖太热了，晚上很难以入睡 3.checkin速度不佳，建议改进 4.厕所很小，不方便」

「Our stay at Bob W. Tallinn, Estonia exceeded our expectations. 「The access code of the padlock to take/return room card is changed during our stay, but there is no notification. We spent more than 30 minutes at the door and can't get the message from the What's App account until we call the phone number directly. Bad experience.」
