店房間寛躺，只是浴缸只得半邊膠板來防止沐浴時水花濺，很不方便，酒店泳池也很舒適，早餐食品多樣及美味，酒店附近也有很多食肆並到各個景點也可步行到達，下去去賓城也會選擇這酒店

1 .wellcoming staff are excellent 2 Inexperienced front desk staff (I gave her Marster card to pay for room deposit, but she asked for visa card.they asked for tax,but I have already paid by Expedia. 3. It was difficult to contact the housekeeping department to change for another pillow.

I believe Citadines is a name that stands for quality. I previously stayed at one of their properties in Singapore and had a great experience, so choosing Citadines Tanjung Tokong Penang this time was absolutely the right decision. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with a stovetop, microwave, sink, and other practical amenities—making the stay very convenient. The staff were polite and always ready to assist. I encountered some issues with my room key and had a request for a late check-out, and Mr. Adzim handled everything with great care and professionalism, offering clear explanations and prompt assistance throughout. When I checked out, the staff were incredibly helpful in loading my luggage into the Grab car. The hotel is also ideally located, with a supermarket, shopping mall, restaurants, and a food court all nearby. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Penang!

第一天到酒店后，要求延迟退房，酒店職員說要退房当天才可確認！

整體都好好，唯一需要改善是浴簾有味道，令到入房間時有噏味。建議每次更換

Though there are problems in the room like "noisy" air conditioning and water dripping, the service desk responded quickly for solution. Good service in front desk and restaurants, but there is room for improvement for those staff in the souvenir shop. Overall experience is good and its a good place for vacation.
