「飯店距離JR高知站走路約10分鐘,斜對面也有便利店,商店街就在轉角附近,散步就可輕鬆到達,飯店櫃台服務親切,房間也乾淨舒適,早餐可選擇日式或洋式,我選擇日式,很好吃,整體來說很不錯,若有機會會再入住.」

「Firstly, on the day i check-in(in normal check-in hour), the staff is not here and leave a msg at the door to ask you call him for check-in. This is quite inconvenient, because my sim card is only valid for internet but not for call. I am difficult to find a telephone to call him!! And i can't speak Japanese which make me so difficult to ask for help to borrow telephone on the street. Secondly, i stayed here for 2 nights. On the first day, a lot of flea bites me which made me can't...

「同行朋友忘記帶鑰匙請櫃臺在我們回來時給鑰匙，回來時即使原本人員已下班，但有留字條給之後的櫃臺人員，交班很確實！ 晚上借刀子切蛋糕時，服務很親切，還主動拿盤子叉子，甚至告訴我們用完放房間即可，不必特地拿下來還～ 唯一美中不足的是，對自己拖大件行李的旅客來說，飯店距離中村火車站有點遠至少要走5分鐘以上。」
