"The rooms are nice, and the breakfast is lovely. The staff were very polite and professional. My husband and I were 10 minutes late checking out because I was having a critical blood sugar low (type one diabetic), however the staff were every good about it. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!"

"The availability of amenities, including three types of pillows, was wonderful. If a gift for non-cleaning request were flexible somehow, it would be nice. A cup noodle is not necessarily wanted."

"Although this hotel may not be the newest one on the block, the facility and cleanliness were excellent. But what I was impressed with was the staff members' professionalism and helpfulness. They went above and beyond to help me whenever I had questions. The hotel also comes with an excellent restaurant. Their lunch and desserts are great. If I come back to Kochi, I will stay here again. "Pros: free breakfast, a big room, nice staff, LOCATION! Cons: all smoking hotel, beds were uncomfortable, the nightlife nearby was loud, the hotel is run down Although this was an all smoking hotel, the staff did find us a room that didn’t smell! The room was huge and the bathroom was clean. The carpets looked awful though and the wall paper was peeling off. There was also some kind of club right outside our window that was LOUD until around 2:00 am. It was a close walk to everything we wanted to do, which was nice."
