"Amenties, decor, quality of workmanship outstanding, better than several usa doubletree hotels. Staff excellent 2 issues 1. Soundproofing between rooms not optimal...could hear sounds from adjustant room 2. Massage was excellent, marred by loud noises from children playing in adjustant pool/jacuzzi...either relocate massage to different area or make room soundproof.thanks"

We will be contacting the local police to look into this matter but hotels.com should delist this hotel and look into this matter as well. "
