「1. [Unprofessional Reception Staff] Upon arriving at the hotel, we were told by reception that they could only find 1 of 2 bookings we made when we clearly showed proof of booking for 2 rooms at 2 nights each. After a prolonged period of time, arguments and rude attitude from reception, they confirmed it was their error and they had the available rooms for us. It’s very unfortunate such a nice hotel had such a rude reception as the front face of customer service. It was not pleasant to have them...

「The location is very convenient to stores and restaurants. They even rent motorcycles. Room was clean, floor looks new. Their breakfast was something good extra, variety of choices rice, noodle, rice flour pancake, sliced bread, coleslaw, fruit, all the basic condiments, soup. I would use this hotel again if I come back.」

「The staff is amazing and very welcoming. The Motel itself is nice to stay for couple of nights (clean, delicious breakfast, good wi-fi). Close to the bus station and dining places. We would highly recommend Galaxy Motel for the stay in Hpa-An.」

「The staff are extremely helpful. They have good mountain bikes for rent so You can go out of the city and see the countryside. Bathtubs in every room! And, enough hot water to fill them! The WiFi is slow and the breakfast just ok. 」
