「In each mid night, there are strong music noise and you can't sleep well. Reception people attitude not good and not helpful. There are many many ants in room. Not allow to bring room any food. Overall worst experience. 」

「Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was large and had two sitting areas. Bathroom had a nightlight which was a thoughtful feature. Room service food was quick, reasonably priced and very good. Breakfast buffet was good. Housekeeping staff were very thorough each day.」

「Although I called 48 hours beforehand to let them know when I was arriving, I never heard back. When I arrived, I couldn't contact the agency because the address given was incorrect. (The person responsible said he had lost his mobile for 6 hours.) It took 3 hours to contact him. A very nice lady who saw I was in need of help took me to her home and called him. However, she even took me to the correct address which he gave her. After that, the stay was nice other than the upstairs neighbors...
