"Great"

"I have always had very good stays at Marriott Hotels in different areas. Unfortunately after spending 1 night of a programmed 3 night I checked out a rebooked a stay at a different hotel chain. My reason for leaving is a poor condition of mattress that did not allow me a restful sleep and in fact I awoke with a bad backache. I went to the hotel personnel and spoke to the supervisor. She was very sympathetic and offered to change my room but acknowledged that all rooms had a similar mattresses that although were recently replaced are all the same. I wish to clarify that all personnel at this hotel were very helpful and courteous. Unfortunately the quality of beds are not up to par for the Marriott Name."
