「Heritage and well preserved 」

「This is a fantastic new hotel in Mandawa, an off-the-beaten-path city that is well worth a visit. Set in a fully restored haveli (a traditional merchant’s palace), it offers beautifully appointed rooms and excellent service at a very reasonable price. There is no better place to stay in town.」

「Very basic 2/3 star hotel, with limited restoration to the historic architecture of the hotel. No TV/cable in rooms, frequent power outages, and it's located some distance from Mandawa. There are significantly better properties in Mandawa, where I wish I had stayed. I would not stay here again. 」

「Stunning beautiful property. Warm welcome, beautiful room with comfy mattress and white clean towels. Nice garden. Very quiet, relief after busy days. Had the opportunity to meet the friendly owner who shared his story about this Havela and its renovation. Wish I could have stayed longer than 2 nights. Loved Mandala as well.」

「Overall the stay was not good as we had some issues with staff response. It looked like enough attention was not paid to guests, in terms of preparation of dinner (which took over 2 hours) and only one option in breakfast (parantha n curd). Also there are issues with electricity and we were left alone in the haveli. The staff and owner did not even care to turn the power backup on. They didn’t even thought of guests experiencing inconvenienece. Also they were not even courteous to apologize to...
